Installation of a technology park for start-up companies in the Stücki Park Basel.
The Technologie Park Basel was opened in spring 2011 on the third and fourth levels of the Stücki Park. On an area of approx. 1500 m2, an office and laboratory extension was built within one year of planning and expansion, which is especially aimed at young start-ups. In addition to the single and double offices located on the northwest facade and the bio-laboratories on the southeast facade, a large seminar room, meeting rooms and a cafeteria with a generous communication zone were created. The internal connecting staircase has a space-creating function in addition to the simple height overcoming and stands as a design counterpart to the cafeteria.
The aim of the operators is to facilitate the way to a representative working environment for up-and-coming companies through the optional combination of the areas to be rented (office, laboratory) and the associated ancillary rooms.
