Conversion of a former sales area into a Euro-Asian restaurant with different guest zones.
The former furniture business shall be modified to a Euro Asian restaurant. Altogether, 200 persons find place here. The aim was to divide the big area of 850 square meters skilfully up in different areas and to let them flow into each other. Lounge/take out and restaurant should be clearly separated from each other. So the central kitchen body defines the lounge/take to the outside area which is used differently depending on time of day. Lounge area one passes by the kitchen corpus, one reaches the back, quiet thanks to the great wall slits and skylight not decrease bright area of the real restaurant business with the extraordinary sushibar and a far one.
