Restaurant Johann

Quarter restaurant in the St. Johanns Quartier with a new face.

The host Georges Brunner takes the former restaurant Edo and engages Blaser architects to work out the concept for a new restaurant. The task consisted the design of a new fresh, friendly and honest restaurant in the St. Johann neighborhood.

The design concept is based on the motto of the hosts: Honesty! So a clear design arose in which natural materials and finishes with manually high-quality execution interplays. The concept which is reduced to few materials (sheet copper, solid oak, stucco like walls and hard concrete inked) prevades all rooms.
