Computer centre for the Markant company in Offenburg with technical outdoor areas.
The rapidly growing German location of Markant in Offenburg has been extended by a computer centre and is to be extended in the next few years by an office building as well as a reception and meeting building.
The building shell, which consists of a painted composite thermal insulation system, will be surrounded by an anthracite-coloured membrane facade together with the technical outdoor spaces and will be visually combined to form one building.
Construction of the data center northwest of the main building began in June 2013. The symmetrically designed building was successively handed over to the IT company responsible for the expansion of the data center itself from the end of 2013. The official inauguration took place in September 2014. In the meantime, the two additional sub-objects parking spaces and data center coupling have also been realized.
