The residential and commercial building with small apartments on the corner of Schützenmattpark has been rebuilt several times since its creation in the 19th century.
Now, as part of a string rehabilitation with new kitchens and bathrooms, the apartment layouts have been adjusted. The existing surfaces were refreshed. In total, 18 smaller residential units were created in the form of rental apartments and furnished apartments.
