Upgrading of existing real estate and closure of a building view by means of an extension wing.
Blaser architects were commissioned to upgrade the property at Mittlere Strasse 54 (built in 1976) and make optimal use of the plot. This will be done with an attractive extension to the existing car park. The 1 room apartments in the existing building will be extended to 3 or 4 room apartments and the gap in the Friedensgasse will be completely closed.
The extension has been given a modern appearance and sets itself apart from the surrounding buildings. Six attractive apartments with fully glazed facades and continuous living spaces were created. The generous floor plans are joined by attractive outdoor spaces in the form of terraces, greened forecourts or a private garden.
