Redevelopment of a residential complex designed by the architect Walter Senn in 1965.
For the Swiss Railway we developed and realized the renovation of a large scaled housing development. Goal is to enhance the qualities of the development by new apartments that reachs the demands of modern dwelling.
The three mid-rise buildings built from the famous architect Walter Senn in 1965 are exposed concrete. The building partitions are structural, therefore only the top floors could be changed to large penthouse apartments. The other floors are 3 1/2- and 4-bedroom apartments- with a total of 127 units.
