Completion of a free-standing single-family house with a separate pavilion in timber construction.
The existing detached single-family house from the 30’s was supplemented by a independent living pavilion. After a transition period of several years in which he serves as an extended living space and refuge for the main house, it can serve the owners later as an independent retirement home. The modern building contrasts to the existing house and provides everything on a living area of 65 m2 with a bedroom and work area, a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The pavilion was prefabricated in timber construction on a on-site built concrete basement. The new building draws the hot water and the heat from the building 3 kWp photovoltaic system on the new flat roof.
