In the property at Austrasse 32 in Basel, the new owner wanted to freshen up a vacant, outdated 4 1/2 room apartment on the 2nd floor.
The bright apartment with balcony and spacious rooms has a lot of charm, but besides the refreshment of the surfaces, it needed new modern wet areas with kitchen and bathroom.
With a few interventions, the apartment could be improved in a contemporary way. The kitchen retained the flair of the old apartment and now also serves as an extended living space.
